Monday - Friday dayshift with 50-hour work week (OT after 40).

High school diploma or equivalent 2.
Able to work 10-hour schedule, including holidays 3.

Mechanical proficiency sufficient to operate various plant equipment, conduct equipment inspections, and perform light maintenance 5.

Ability to read and interpret materials, operate plant equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Essential Functions Monitor and maintain loadout facility systems, equipment, scheduled maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
Coordinate all shipment activity - arriving/departing drivers, internal communications, documentation & tickets, and product inventory.
Collect ash samples; perform appropriate testing and reporting.
Assist STAR Operators, Loader Operators, and Maintenance personnel in performing daily inspections, preventative & routine maintenance, outage activities, and housekeeping tasks.
Create and maintain a safe environment for all employees on-site (SEFA host utility, drivers, and customers).
Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands & Work Environment Must be able to perform heavy work requiring lifting or exerting pressure in excess of 50 Pounds frequently.
Must be able to work in confined spaces and in high places.
A substantial amount of standing, walking, climbing reaching overhead, bending and squatting, sitting is required.
Must be able to hear alarms and timers and differentiate between the different normal and abnormal noises, sounds and alarms found in the operation of a manufacturing plant.
Vision requirements include the ability to see instrument read-outs, charts, gauges, and alarm windows.
Frequent exposure to outdoor conditions, high heat, dusts, chemicals, loud noises, rotating machinery and other conditions found in a power plant.
