Personal Assistant

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented, with experience caring for plants and/or animals, and a natural desire to help.
This is a fast-paced environment where efficiency is rewarded! Please keep in mind the needed tasks may be laborious in nature.
It's advised that you are able to move quickly and have the ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
Duties (may vary widely week to week):
- Farm maintenance (chicken coop maintenance, fruit tree and hemp care, weeding, electric fence maintenance, other repairs) - Home tasks (cleaning, organization) - Various errands - Tracking of schedule and important dates pertaining to Hemp compliance - Maintaining documentation in google suite for tax and organic certification purposes - Assisting with general Hemp compliance documentation - Utilize Google Suite for document creation and management - Harvesting, processing and packaging raw hemp flower - Collection of eggs As a personal assistant, you have:
- Desire to take ownership of tasks and situations, reevaluating often for efficiency - Excellent organizational skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Some experience with plants and animals preferred - Some experience in Google Suite, specifically Google Drive and Sheets or a willingness to learn If you have other interests in this field, we can discuss future opportunities.
